1. Love this description of what it means and why God tells us to Consecrate the Firstborn. And that Israel is the Firstborn. Fascinating.
2. Love, love this great video showing the making of the Hollywood movies about the Exodus! And love that Cecille B. Demille who made the 20's and 50's versions was a strong Christian and loved the Bible! He is quoted as saying, "Give me any two pages of the Bible and I will make you a movie." Praise be to Jesus when Christians use their gifts and passions to bring the Bible to life and point the world to Jesus!!! Love you Cecille B. Demille and can't wait to watch your movies in heaven. :)
3. Love this video on the shores of the Red Sea in Israel that recounts the story and shows us the route and where the Israelites crossed the Red Sea on dry land.
4. In Exodus 15 it gives us the song that Moses & Miriam sing to the Lord and all the people celebrating what God had just done to part the sea and save His people. Love, love hearing the Scriptures sung!! Love that God loves music so much & why He created it for us! Music is the language of the soul!
5. Another rendition of Moses & Miriam song but in Hebrew! Soo beautiful hearing Hebrew sung. I have a Jewish friend that I love to hear her sing happy birthday to me in Hebrew! The best! :)
Step #5 - DISCUSS the Scriptures with the World - by telling us what you love & agree with, what you disagree with, any questions you have that we would be happy to answer, how it is changing your life, personal testimony, etc.
