1. Do you realize Shechem is mentioned 60 times in the Bible? And it is the place Jacob built his well and bought the land from Hamor, as this was the land that God said would be the future Promise Land? So awesome!! And where do you think Jesus met the woman of the well in John 4? Yep, that Samaritan encounter was right here!!! The ENTIRE BIBLE ties together and the OLD points to the NEW in only a way God can and the answer is always JESUS!!!!!!! This guy does a great job showing where the area is in current day Palestine and all the reasons and places it is mentioned.
